Pack your pre-loved items, ready to be collected by one of our couriers. Please ensure that your items are clean and in suitable condition to be collected
Collection
Using our online booking platform, select a suitable date for collection and one of our couriers will collect the items from a location of your choice. Our couriers collect from 17:30-20:30 Mon-Fri.
Payment
When your items sell, we collect the payment and transfer your funds directly into your account on a bi-weekly basis. From collection onward, we handle everything.

1. Create Your Account
Sign up in just a few minutes to receive your unique account number and access your customer account.

2. Book a Collection
Request a collection through your account by telling us your bag size, collection address and preferred date.

3. We Collect Your Clothes
We'll collect your bag of clothes and take them back to our workspace for sorting.

4. We Sort & List
We select suitable items and photograph & list them for sale on online platforms.

5. Your Items Sell
We manage everything, including buyer messages, packaging and posting, so you don't have to lift a finger.

6. Get Paid
When your items sell, we'll calculate your share and send your payout every two weeks.
